Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said on Telegram that his May 9 meeting with Charles Michel was interrupted by a missile attack. Both Shmyhal and Michel are unharmed.
Fourteen of those killed died when a Russian cruise missile hit a residential building in Pryluky, in Chernihiv Oblast.
The list targets a wide range of defense industry players, from shipyards and aviation companies to electronics manufacturers, armored vehicle repair facilities, and aerospace companies.

Zelensky called on Ukraine's allies, particular in Europe and the U.S., to transfer any means of protection to the country if they can.
The ship may have been attacked by unmanned surface vessels, Russian Telegram channels suggest.
The money will be spent on shelters, equipment, rescue bases, stockpiles, and secure water and energy supplies in case of natural disasters and war, according to Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
The city administration said the district administrations did not request funding for mobile shelters when the budget was drafted.
