Mayor: Russia shells civilian infrastructure in Mykolaiv overnight on Aug. 1

According to Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, Russian forces shelled multiple buildings in the southern city of Mykolaiv, including a hospital, where an emergency room was partially destroyed. "Fortunately, the staff and patients were not injured," Sienkevych said.
