According to Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, Russian forces shelled multiple buildings in the southern city of Mykolaiv, including a hospital, where an emergency room was partially destroyed. "Fortunately, the staff and patients were not injured," Sienkevych said.
The drone, whose model was not disclosed, flew over several sensitive sites, including government buildings and the presidential residence, on the evening of Sept. 15.
