Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytsky reported on June 8 that Russian shelling across several communities in the region destroyed an office of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service and civilian infrastructure, injuring one person.
President Volodymyr Zelensky called for a winter air defense package of 300 Patriot interceptor missiles during a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing on July 13.
