Governor: Russian forces destroy 38 residential buildings in Luhansk Oblast over past 24 hours

Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai said despite heavy fighting in Sievierodonetsk the city has not fallen to Russia, even as Russian troops "destroy everything in their path.” Haidai also said Russian forces tried to carry out assault operations near Nyrkove and Mykolaivka but were pushed out by the Ukrainian military.
