Explosion reported on railroad in Russia's Bryansk Oblast near Ukrainian border.

According to Bryansk Oblast Governor Alexander Bogomaz, an “unknown explosive device” damaged a train driver's cabin. The Russian authorities did not say what exactly the train was carrying. Russia is using regions bordering Ukraine to transport troops taking part in the invasion and supply them.
