Nataliia brings 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, and account management across tech, digital, and event-driven environments. Before joining the Kyiv Independent, she spent nearly six years as Head of Partnerships at Fwdays — Ukraine's leading tech conference series — where she built and scaled a partner network of 50+ IT and SaaS companies, expanded into three new European markets, and grew sponsorship revenue through full-cycle sales and long-term account growth.
She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and the State Tax University.
