Maksym Novichenko is Head of Commercial Partnerships at the Kyiv Independent. With a background in B2B sales spanning over a decade, he has worked across IT, HR, e-health, foodtech, and marketing — building commercial partnerships with some of Ukraine's most recognized companies, including Glovo, Uklon and robota.ua. He holds a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
