Yana Boretska is the Operations Manager at The Kyiv Independent Store, where she manages customer support, logistics, product launches, and day-to-day operations, helping ensure that every order and every collection reaches supporters around the world.
Before joining The Kyiv Independent, she worked as an executive assistant and as an administrative manager across the legal, engineering, and agricultural sectors, gaining experience in process management, project coordination, international communications, and business operations.
Yana holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance, and has an additional background in graphic design. She enjoys building efficient processes, solving operational challenges, and turning complex workflows into clear, scalable systems.
