Ambassador Vasil Sikharulidze is a senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). He is a professor at Webster University and Alte University, Georgia. Sikharulidze was the former Georgian Ambassador to the United States (2005-2008) and former Georgian Defense Minister (2009).
