"It will be recognized by the world as genocide," Zelensky told reporters. "We know of thousands of people killed and tortured, with their limbs cut off, women raped, children killed," he said presumably about the atrocities all across Ukraine.

The U.S. Department of State on Feb. 6 approved a potential $185 million “Foreign Military Sale” to Ukraine for spare parts and related equipment to support U.S.-supplied vehicles and weapon systems.
