The Ukrainian cities of Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk, which became the epicenter of the battle for Donbas, could fall to Russian forces within a week, the U.S. official quoted by the Washington Post said, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue. This could create a de facto new front line that could last for some time.
According to the statement, the communications center, responsible for coordinating operations of Russia's Black Sea Fleet units, was located at the site of the 184th Research and Testing Facility.
The number includes 880 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.

The Metafrax Chemicals plant in Gubakha, Perm Krai, is subject to international sanctions by the U.K. and Ukraine.
