"In the southern Ukrainian lands currently under occupation, Russia plans to implement the same processes of looting and deindustrialization that it carried out in the captured Donbas region," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

"If he unblocks aid to Ukraine but also goes to Russia, maybe we can forgive him," Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said.
