Putin proposes exporting Ukrainian grain through Russian-occupied Mariupol and Berdiansk.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin also said that "the easiest way" to export the grain would be through Belarus, but added that Western sanctions against Belarus should be lifted in order to do that. Meanwhile, evidence has been piling up that Russia is stealing Ukrainian grain from occupied territories.
