President's Office: 23 people remain under the rubble in Chasiv Yar.

On July 9, a Russian missile hit a five-story residential building in Chasiv Yar, Donetsk Oblast, killing 15 people. Kyrylo Tymoshenko, a deputy head of Ukraine's President's Office, said that 23 people remain under the rubble, while six were rescued.
