Can I get a refund?
To request a refund, please contact us at community@kyivindependent.com with your membership details.
If less than 10% of the paid membership period has been used, you are eligible for a full refund.
If 10% or more of the membership period has been used, but you believe you should be refunded, please notify us so we can review your request individually. We value fairness and open communication, and we will do our best to help you.
