Death toll in Russian missile strike on Vinnytsia rises to 24

According to Vinnytsia Oblast Governor Serhii Borzov, a woman who had 85% of her body burned died in a hospital on July 16. Borzov confirmed the earlier report by Vinnytsia Mayor Serhii Morhunov that four people remain missing after the July 14 attack on the city center.
