I'm a member, but I keep receiving emails asking me to become a member

This usually happens when you have multiple accounts with different email addresses. One may have a paid membership, while another is registered as a free account.

To identify which email is linked to your paid membership, check your inboxes for payment confirmations from Stripe. The email receiving these notifications is connected to your paid account.

To stop receiving membership prompts, sign in to your free account and delete it. After that, you will no longer receive these emails.
