I donated to you once, but you are still charging me

If you made a one-time donation, we won't be charging you again without your permission. It's possible that you subscribed to a recurring membership instead of making a one-time donation.

To stop future charges, you can cancel your subscription.

To do this, sign in to your account using the email you paid with. Click "Account" in the top right corner and go to "Membership plans." Find your current plan and click "Cancel membership."

After cancellation, no further payments will be charged.
