Zakhar Tropin

Zakhar Tropin is a nonresident fellow at the Center for Defence Strategies, an independent Ukrainian analytical organization that focuses on defense and security. He is a licensed attorney and holds a Ph.D. in international law from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv's International Relations Institute. Dr. Tropin is also an associate professor of his alma mater's International Law Chair, where he focuses on international dispute settlement, as well as international criminal and humanitarian law.
