Dr. Nathan M. Greenfield is the North American correspondent for University World News. He is a visiting professor of sociology at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and a visiting professor of history at the Kyiv School of Economics, based in Ottawa, Canada. Dr. Greenfield is the author of several military histories on Canada's role in World War I and II, prisoners of war in Japan, Germany, and Canada, and the Hague and Geneva conventions on prisoners of war.
