Zakhar is the chief operating officer at the Kyiv Independent. He is also a co-founder and former managing editor of The Fix Media. As a partner at Jnomics, a UK-based media consultancy, Zakhar worked with 20+ news publishers and media startups on strategy, organizational, and revenue transformations, as well as audience development. He holds a master’s in international communications from Taras Shevchenko University.
