Zelensky proposes extending martial law in Ukraine for another 90 days

President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a draft bill to parliament set to prolong martial law in Ukraine for 90 days. Zelensky imposed martial law on Feb. 24, with the current law set to expire on Aug. 23.
