Zelensky changes composition of the National Security and Defense Council

Zelensky removed former Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova and former head of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov from the National Security and Defense Council and replaced them with their successors Andriy Kostin and Vasyl Maliuk.
