US to provide additional $500 million in aid to Ukraine.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the grant would go directly to Ukraine’s state budget to help stabilize the economy by providing social payments, pensions, and salaries. In total, the U.S. has announced $1 billion in grant aid to Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s all-out invasion.
