US State Department official: US likely to determine Russia committing genocide in Ukraine.

In an interview with CNN, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said the US has “a process of collecting evidence over time” in order to make a formal government determination of genocide, but that she believes the US is likely to ultimately find evidence of genocide.
