US renews warnings for Americans to leave Russia and Ukraine.

The US State Department has renewed warnings for American citizens in Russia and Ukraine to leave the countries immediately. “We are warning U.S. citizens that the Russian government security officials in both Russia and in Ukraine may be singling out US citizens based on their nationality,” spokesperson Ned Price told reporters on March 31.
