US Defense Secretary: No signs of Russian assault on Odesa or other coastal cities in the "near term."

At a news conference with Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov on March 19, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin also said that the U.S. has not seen evidence of large numbers of foreign fighters joining Russian ranks.
