Ukrtelecom to file $12 million lawsuit against Russia.

Ihor Yaremchuk, head of telecommunications monopoly Ukrtelecom's strategy and business development unit, said the company would sue Russia to get compensation for the losses caused by the Russian invasion and the value of destroyed, damaged, and lost property. The claim is not final and may increase, he said.
