Ukraine’s Military: Russian troops send evacuating civilians down mined road, shoot survivors.

Ukraine’s Operational Command “South” said several civilians, including two young children, were found dead in their cars on a mined road in Mykolaiv Oblast. Some were reportedly killed by detonated mines and the survivors shot.
