Ukraine's FM Kuleba urges world to criminalize use of 'Z' symbol.

Dmytro Kuleba said on Twitter that "public support of this barbarism must be forbidden" as the symbol represents Russia's war crimes, flattened cities and thousands of murdered Ukrainians.
