Ukraine, IAEA to sign agreement on nuclear safety.

Head of Ukraine's state nuclear energy company Energoatom Petro Kotin said that an agreement on security guarantees for nuclear facilities and material is being created between Ukraine and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
