Ukraine urges Austria to expel Russian diplomat over calls for violence against Ukrainians

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry made the request after Mikhail Ulyanov, Russian ambassador to the international organizations in Vienna, tweeted "No mercy to the Ukrainian population."
