UK announces new sanctions on Russia, Belarus.

The U.K. Department for International Trade said the sanctions will target 1.7 billion pounds ($2.1 billion) in trade, including import tariffs on platinum and palladium and export bans on chemicals, plastics, rubber, and machinery.
