State Border Guard Service: Ukraine nationalizes 10 Russian ships.

Ukraine seized eight Russian cargo ships and two tankers that were in Odesa ports for maintenance. These Russian ships will now “serve in the interests of Ukraine to restore its economy,” the State Border Guard Service said on April 13.
