Russian forces shell Kharkiv Oblast, 1 injured

According to the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, the shelling damaged a house and agricultural facilities. Russian forces also shelled a residential area in the city of Kharkiv in the early morning of Aug. 23.
