Russian forces conduct false-flag operations in southern Ukraine

Ukraine's Operational Command “South” said on May 19 that Russian forces continue to shell occupied Kherson. They are reportedly using Russian air defense systems to shoot down their own missiles to give the impression Ukraine's Armed Forces are bombing civilians.
