Russia targets Odesa, Mykolaiv regions with 4 cruise missiles.

Ukraine's Operational Command "South" reports that a Russian submarine launched four missiles from the Black Sea, all of them were intercepted by Ukraine's forces. One was shot down over the sea in Odesa Oblast, while other three were downed in Mykolaiv region.
