Russia shells residential areas of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with cluster munitions.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko said Russian troops attacked Kryvyi Rih District overnight on June 23 damaging residential buildings. Two civilians were injured after handling unexploded ammunition.
