Police: 1 person killed in Russian attack on Kharkiv on July 3

Serhii Bolvinov, head of the investigative department of the Kharkiv Oblast police, said one person was killed and at least four were injured in Russia's shelling of the city. Several apartment buildings were also damaged, he added.
