Podolyak: Referendum on security agreement possible only if Russian troops leave Ukraine.

Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to president's Chief of Staff, said that a referendum in Ukraine on a security agreement will only be possible after Russian troops "at least" return to the position they occupied before Feb. 24.
