Nearly 6,500 people flee Mariupol on March 16.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, 6,426 people arrived in Zaporizhzhia from Mariupol, including 2,039 children. However, the Russian forces again haven't allowed a humanitarian aid convoy to enter besieged Mariupol.
