Ministry of Defense: Ukraine liberates settlements around Izium, Kharkiv Oblast.

Oleksandr Motuzianyk, a spokesperson for Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, reported on April 18 that Russian forces are heavily concentrated in the town and outskirts of Izium.
