Ukraine's Armed Forces control Lysychansk, Sievierodonetsk, and the outskirts of Rubizhne, Serhiy Haidai, the governor of Luhansk Oblast, said on May 15. Ukraine controls 10% of Luhansk Oblast, the governor said.
