Institute for the Study of War: Russian campaign to capture big Ukrainian cities has failed.

According to the U.S. military think tank, Russian troops have failed to reach their objectives, resulting in a stalemate. Russian forces will now dig in on the outskirts of Kyiv and other areas and attempt to strengthen control over the territories they occupy.
