Governor: Russians shell Sumy Oblast 7 times on July 31

According to Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, Russian forces shelled the northern border region with a total of almost 90 rockets from different types of weapons. About 25 hectares of wheat were destroyed by the shelling.
