Governor: Russian shelling wounds 9 people in Donetsk Oblast on July 22

Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko reported that, of those that were wounded, three were in Bakhmut, two in Sloviansk, two in Lastochkyne, one in Novomykhailivka, and one in Siversk.
