Governor: Russian shelling injures 3 people in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko reported that Russian shelling overnight on Aug. 6 destroyed residential buildings and a kindergarten, as well as cut off several thousand people from electricity.
