Governor: Russian forces shell Nikopol 60 times on July 18

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko reported that Russian shelling with Multiple Launch Rocket Systems injured a 75-year-old woman and destroyed residential buildings in Nikopol. The city’s hospital, industrial and energy enterprises, and a port were also reportedly hit.
