Governor: Russian forces shell Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko reported that Russian forces shelled the region’s Nikopolskyi and Kryvorizkyi districts overnight on Aug. 17. According to Reznichenko, several homes, a gas pipeline, and a local business were damaged.
