Governor: Russian forces launch 4 attacks on Sumy Oblast

Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi reported on Aug. 15 that Russian forces attacked the communities of Shalyhyne, Khotin, and Znob-Novhorodske. Zhyvytskyi said 50 explosions were recorded, but there were no casualties.
